These applications affect the amount of funding that is given to HSD to be used for your child's education along with many other benefits! If the Huntsville School District can reach 70% for our Free & Reduced percentage before October 1st, all students, regardless of income, will receive free meals for the next five years. This will save approximately $836 per student per year if you currently pay for breakfast and lunch. We are currently at 62% with over 500 students who still haven't completed an application. Seniors Bentley Pearrow, Logan Wallace, Cade Crumley, and Brett White have been assistant coaching 7th grade football this year. It's always good to see senior high football players coaching.
Diesel mechanics Josh Krell, Chris Vanvalkenburg, Chris Scates, and Austin Acuff are working hard on wiring a cab.

Just a friendly reminder for all of our graduates and their families that any senior who is driving needs to be at the Charles Berry Gymnasium (old gym) by 5 pm, they will be shuttled over to the Activity Center. If you are dropping your senior off they still need to be at the Activity Center by 5 pm, you may drop them off at the rear entrance.
