๐ŸŽ A huge THANK YOU to the Huntsville Masonic Temple for donating over 130 toys to our 6th grade Math team! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Our students will use the toys for a hands-on Surface Area projectโ€”measuring each item and calculating how much wrapping paper it would take to wrap them. ๐Ÿ“โœ‚๏ธ๐Ÿ“ฆ

On Friday, Mr. Taylorโ€™s Computer Aided Design/Architecture students had the amazing opportunity to tour the historic Faubus House in Huntsville, guided by the E. Fay Jones Conservancy. ๐Ÿกโœจ

Designed in 1967 by world-renowned architect Fay Jones for former Arkansas Governor Orval Faubus, this masterpiece is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The home is a stunning example of Modern Organic architectureโ€”blending seamlessly with the land, featuring local fieldstone, floor-to-ceiling glass, and even a dramatic catwalk cantilevered over the bluff.

What an inspiring way to connect classroom learning to real-world design! ๐Ÿ‘

๐ŸŒŸ Student Spotlight ๐ŸŒŸ

We are so proud of Rylea Villines, who was recognized at last nightโ€™s School Board Meeting for being an outstanding student at Huntsville Middle School! ๐Ÿ’™

Her teachers had incredible things to say about her:
โœจ โ€œHer positivity, dedication, kindness, and respect truly stand out. She sets a great example for others and takes pride in her work and being a student.โ€ โ€“ Mr. Taylor
โœจ โ€œRylea works very hard in class and always volunteers to answer questions.โ€ โ€“ Mrs. Robertson
โœจ โ€œShe is a model studentโ€”helpful, kind, respectful, and always does an amazing job. I wish I had 100 Ryleas!โ€ โ€“ Mrs. Watkins

Just yesterday, she noticed a new student in her art class and immediately invited them to sit by her and offered to help with all the things. ๐Ÿ’•

Rylea, thank you for showing what it means to be a Huntsville Eagle every single day! ๐Ÿฆ…
